If you placed your order Online you've received a 12 digit Order Confirmation Number via email with your order confirmation:

If you placed your order over the Phone via our 800# you were given a 6 digit Order Confirmation Number:

This is your Shipping Reference number.

 

Important!
You must allow 24 - 48 hours during regular business days (Mon-Fri) for an order to be processed before entering the shipping phase.

If your order was placed on a Friday, Saturday or Sunday this time period begins on Monday.

This applies to all Air Shipments as well.
(Air Shipments will always leave by the next BUSINESS day on all in-stock items)

Our shipping department is open Monday - Friday.
Our last UPS pickup is Friday at 4:00 pm CST.
Please allow the proper amount of time to pass before attempting to track your order.

  

Please also note:
Often all or part of an order will be "drop shipped" directly from the manufacturer to you. In these cases you will not be able to track your package.

Your Order Confirmation Number is the only tracking number you will receive and the only one we use. Please do not call or email Midwest Percussion for any other tracking number.
