- Call
Midwest Percussion for RA#

Call (1-800-282-DRUM) and ask for a RA# from one of
our customer service operators.
-
Please tell the operator why you are returning the item
and how you would like it refunded to you (credit card,
store credit or exchange)

If the item(s) were shipped out correctly, you will
be liable for the return shipping.
-
If the item(s) were shipped out incorrectly (our mistake),
Midwest Percussion will send out a pre-paid return shipping
label.
(UPS "RS" label)

Once you receive the UPS "RS" label, simply place it
on the sealed up box...Please refer to our packing
instructions in section 4.
- Return
everything in its original condition!

For a complete refund, items must be in original condition,
show no signs of wear, and be received back within 30
days from the delivery date.

Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. owner's
manual, drum keys, clamps, power adapters and warranty
cards, etc.).

Include a copy of the packing list; clearly indicate
your reason for returning and how you would like it
refunded. (credit card,
store credit or exchange)
- Do
not write on the original box, manual or warranty!
-
Please do not write on the manufacturer's box, manual,
or warranty card until certain you will keep this purchase.

Write your RA number on the outside shipping box, NOT
the manufacturer's box.
- UPS
Packing Instructions

Reseal the manufacturer's box.
-
You are responsible for merchandise until it safely
reaches our warehouse. To protect your return, double
box your shipment to prevent damage, using all original
packing materials.

Add additional packing material if necesssary.
-
Write the RA number on the outside shipping box, NOT
on the manufacturer's box.
-
Or place the UPS "RS" label on the outside of the sealed
up box.
- Insure
package and save the tracking number!

Insure the return for the full value of your purchase.
-
Ship your items back with a trackable service like UPS
or Priority USPS. We are not responsible for return
merchandise if it gets lost in the mail.
- Allow
7 days for return processing!

Returns take approximately seven days to clean and process.
-
Credit card purchases are credited back to the original
credit card.

All other purchases are refunded by company check.
-
Store Credits will be posted on your Midwest Percussion
account for future purchases.

merchandise.

Copy-protected material such as Sheet music, Books,
Clothing, Videos, and DVD's. (unless defective)

Disposable products such as USED Drum heads,
Drum sticks and Cleaning Supplies.
- Special
Order merchandise.

We will gladly special order any item available to us.
(e.g - Custom Drum sets, etc)

Special orders may NOT be returned.

Special orders are NON Cancelable.

Special order Deposits are NON Refundable.

- Returning
Defective Items
- Call
us with 48 hours for return instructions.

You must notify us within 48 hours of receipt to qualify
for a return shipment.

- Restocking
Fees.

To avoid restocking fees, please follow all packing
instructions listed above in the "Return Instructions"
area (part "A").

Please be advised that restocking fees may apply if
defect is not a result of original manufacturing process.

- Returning
Items Damaged in Transit
Your
order is carefully packed to exceed the UPS shipping requirements.
If an item arrives damaged:
- Call
UPS at (1-800-PICK-UPS) and ask for a Damage Inspection
Claim.

UPS will arrange to take a look at and pick up the damaged
merchandise.
-
Please keep the original box it was shipped in and all
packing material..(it is important to keep everything)
-
Then call Midwest Percussion at 800-282-DRUM (Hours:
Monday-Friday 11am - 7pm, Sat 11am - 4:30pm, CST) and let us know
that a damaged claim was placed UPS.
-
Midwest Percussion will proceed with the replacement
to you once UPS has contacted us with the claim information.
- Repack
order using all original packing materials and boxes.
-
Include all original packaging, accessories (e.g. owner's
manual, drum keys, clamps, power adapters and warranty
cards, etc.)
-
Repack the damaged merchandise, using original boxes
and packing materials.
-
Items missing original packaging, may not qualify for
damage protection.
- Give
package to UPS.
-
If UPS does not take the damaged merchandise upon inspection,
call us so we can have it picked up for a return.
-
Upon receiving the returned merchandise, we will send
out a replacement.

Delivery
- Delivery
refused (pre-paid or C.O.D.)
- If
the carrier returns an item because it was refused,
a 25% restocking fee will apply.

If the item was shipped for free, outbound shipping
fees will also be charged back at the time of return.

- The original
Shipping Fee of the item(s) will deducted from the refund.
- All
Refunds, will be the original purchase price, less the shipping
fees from the original order.

any exchange even if it has a Free Shipping offer.
