We've been in business

We started in Chicago with our very first small store in 1983.
Midwest Percussion has 2 "brick and mortar" showrooms in Chicago
as well as our large warehouse.

How do I place an order ?
Browse Midwest Percussion's online selections. When you find an item that
you'd like to purchase, click the drop down menu beneath the item description.
Next, enter the quantity in the box provided.
When you're finished shopping on that page go to the bottom of the page
and click the
button.
You may continue to browse the catalog after you've added an item by clicking
on the Continue Browsing
link that you'll see on the shopping cart page. (Or you may finalize
your order at this point by clicking on the checkout button.)
If you're back browsing the catalog and decide that you are through shopping
and you'd like to checkout, click on the
CHECKOUT button (located at the upper right hand corner of every
page) to finalize your order. Then just fill in the requested information
that follows.

How long will it take to receive my order ?
Upon credit approval by Midwest Percussion, you can expect your order of all
in stock items to ship within 24 to 48 hours. How quickly you receive
your order depends on the type of delivery service you order. (ie; standard
ground, 2 day air, next day air, etc.)

Can I track my order online?
Yes. When you place your order you will receive an email detailing your order
along with a 12 digit Order Confirmation Number. You can use this number on
our website to track your package(s) via the UPS Online Tracking System.
Important! You must allow 24 - 48 hours during regular business days (Mon-Fri)
for an order to be processed before entering the shipping phase. Please allow
the proper amount of time to pass before attempting to track your order.

How do I determine my shipping costs ?
You have your choice of various shipping options as you fill out your order
form at Checkout.
The cost will automatically be calculated into your final price for your approval
