How long will it take to receive my order ?

Upon credit approval by Midwest Percussion, you can expect your order of all in stock items to ship within 24 to 48 hours. How quickly you receive your order depends on the type of delivery service you order. (ie; standard ground, 2 day air, next day air, etc.)

Can I track my order online?

Yes. When you place your order you will receive an email detailing your order along with a 12 digit Order Confirmation Number. You can use this number on our website to track your package(s) via the UPS Online Tracking System.

Important! You must allow 24 - 48 hours during regular business days (Mon-Fri) for an order to be processed before entering the shipping phase. Please allow the proper amount of time to pass before attempting to track your order.

How do I determine my shipping costs ?

You have your choice of various shipping options as you fill out your order form at Checkout. The cost will automatically be calculated into your final price for your approval based on your zip code.

All orders are run through UPS's computer system so you know the shipping charges will be accurate and up-to-date.
